My Ban on the Day of a Friend's Memorial

Hi Microsoft,

I was recently banned on July 5th, I wasn't even playing, for harassment and threatening. I would never harass or threaten anyone. Not only that, it's a live ban and 2 years ago someone from my raid team passed away from cancer. We always throw him a memorial
in honor of him. Now I got I live banned and I can't change celebrate his memorial because of you guys. I know this sounds like some sob story to get unbanned but I'm crying because I can't celebrate so if anyone sees this in Microsoft please help.

Microsoft is still an American company right?

If you ask me, it's kind of "bad taste" to have a war game on sale on Memorial Day. I mean it's supposed to be a day of remembrance of the men and women who died while serving in war. Just my opinion.

Sorry to hear about your friend, man. Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done. however, all hope is not lost. Here's the deal:

Head on over to this link
https://enforcement.xbox.com/enforcement/showenforcementhistory, sign in, then click the orange gavel. Once you're in, look next to your current enforcement action and look for a review button next to it. If you see it, click on it and fill out the form
requesting that Enforcement review your current suspension. Not all actions warrant a review as it is at enforcements discretion but, you might be in luck. This is the ONLY way to get an enforcement action overturned. Good luck!

I think the best way to give respect is to appreciate their contribution to the country they serve, because it's the ultimate sacrifice. It's also important to think about the families out there that have had to endure the loss of their loved ones. I'm
thankful every day that I have the freedoms I have and that I'm not in some labor camp in North Korea.
