My ban keeps getting extended for no reason

The only way to contact the enforcement team is on enforcement.xbox.com via the case review process. However device bans are not eligible for case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

If your account was accessed you should have support open an unauthorized access case.

The only place you can contact the enforcement team is on enforcement.xbox.com. You can file case reviews from there if the bans are eligible but enforcement does not use these forums.

set up a call back by following the steps below. I must let you know, Xbox Support Agents can not / do not have the tools to make changes / lift bans suspensions. You'd have to

refer to the enforcement website like mentioned above and create a case review. That is the only way unfortunately.
