    My ban is unfair


    I was playing with a "friend" and he is so gross with me so I have tried to report him but nothing happens, and today I didnt write nothing gross to him and he report me and now I'm banned. I mean, I'm banned and his not and he send me today "tu **** madre"
    and on chat hi says me a lot of gross things, I play with him just to have proofs so I can ban him but nothing happens. Pls what can I do so I can get unbanned because it was unfair and he can get the ban.

    You can directly message, or contact Microsoft to see if they can remove your ban, but if it is a serious ban than I dont know if it can be removed easily.

    you can let your case be reviewes by xbox enforcement. According to your post you replied in a qay that is against the community standards and the ban is justified. Don´t get me wrong, i understand your situation, but going on the same level of conversation
    as your "friend" never is an option.

    Just remember next time to reply in a normal way or just block the person to avoid further bans.

    Like Hublot King said, you can file and appeal; but it's better to not do nothing as I've heard from my fellow friends who have gotten banned for no reason.
