    My ban is over, still no privileges


    I had a communications suspension that ended over two months ago but I am still unable to talk/hear other people in party chat. I have tried countless times to troubleshoot and fix this issue on my own I have had hours of phone calls with support and no
    one has been able to help me with this issue. Please try and solve this I am very tired of being unable to do anything with my friends.

    Would you let Harvey Weinstein interview your GF for an XOX???

    Look at the white privilege work. Banned 100 times yet no ip ban yet. A POC would have been ip sniped 99 bans ago.

    Account suspension

    My account was suspended and I filed for a case review. They upheld the decision but they leviated the suspension on my Xbox live services and kept the ban on my chat privileges. I still can't play even though they told me that ban was no longer intact.
    How do I fix this?

    In terms of troubleshooting, I do not know what you have tried. However, start by doing this:

    1. Ensure you have no other active suspensions on your account. Log on to
      http://enforcement.xbox.com       and check your Enforcement history.
    2. If you are clear, remove your profile from your Xbox.
    3. Give your console a proper power cycle.
    4. Add your profile back into your Xbox.
    5. Now, talk to your friends over the mic or send a message.

    If this is not a suspension-related issue, then
    verify that your network settings are optimized for Xbox Live    . You could be having network problems, especially if your NAT-type is not "Open".

    I have done all of those multiple times and nothing has changed, and I'm sure this is a suspension issue because when I try to send a message it says you cannot do this because of your past behavior. Again I'm positive there is no current suspension yet
    this has gone on two months after it ended.

    Remove permanent ban

    Console bans & suspensions are not eligible for a case review.

    If it's a permanent ban then it wont be overturned.

    If it's a console privilege suspension you'll have to wait until it's over.

    I was banned from the Xbox Forum, why does the ban extend to here?

    This is not a account ban, my gamertag (voteDC) is still in use on Xbox Live. It was simply a ban from the xbox forum.

    It is a shame then that a forum ban there equals a ban from here. I find that somewhat of a shame but I guess it is something I am going to have to live with.
    In that case seems like a privilege suspension. On Xbox One and Xbox on Windows privileges are used to determine what each account can and cannot do on the Xbox Live service. A privilege suspension can occur when an account has abused a particular
    Xbox Live feature or committed a Code of Conduct violation that does not necessitate a full account suspension.
    Suspending select privileges can isolate an account’s inappropriate content or behavior without disrupting the account’s entire Xbox experience.

    If it's a permanent console ban then that's it,it wont be removed & can not be appealed.

    If it's a temp console privilege suspension then you will have to wait until it's over,that can't be appealed either.
