    Hi, so a few days ago I sent a message to someone ( a bad one ) and was rightfully banned from communications for 1 day. I accepted this and moved on. Later on when I was unbanned (after 12 hours), I was banned AGAIN for a week from communications. I'd like
    to know why. I hadn't sent ANY messages to ANYONE, nor had I even talked in in-game chat to anyone. You can't ban me for an offence and ban me again for the same message, that's unfair!

    I tried disputing my case, but the decision was upheld and I wasn't even told why I was banned - no proof - nothing. I'd like to know why I was banned on both occasions. I want to play with my friends, but now that has been made impossible for a week. Again,
    I know I did wrong the first time, but the second one was unwarranted.

    My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and they will not give you specifics. Keep in mind that investigations do take time, so both suspensions could have been for different things that took place weeks or months ago.

    Got any proof they weren't banned at all?

    As in actual proof not anicdotal proof or "I filed a complaint against such & such and they haven't been banned because I say so"

    I don't just feel this way, I have proof. The banned my console for being modded and it's NOT.
