    I would like to start off that both of the consoles i have owned were malfunctioned. My xbox one had a problem with the power brick and my newest console the xbox one s also came malfunctioned because there was a problem with the fan. The manufacturing
    based on what i have experienced is that it is terrible. I have tried to request a repair/ replacement but of course the website is also broken which makes me loop load into my account. I am very mad at xbox for their poor service to me. I thank anyone for
    giving responses/ tips on this post. I may just return it to the store I got it from instead of contacting microsoft. ( I edited this discussion because when i first wrote this i was really mad. I didnt wanna start conflict so i changed it.)

    Sorry to hear you had such a negative experience with Microsoft and Xbox. At times, these things do happen, let's see if we can work through it. This may sound ridiculous but did you buy both of those systems brand new? Say, from a trusted retailer? If so,
    which I'm assuming you did, do you still have the receipt to be able to take it back to those stores?

    The reason I asked if it was bought brand-new, because many Xbox owners buy theirs refurbished or second hand. personally have bought my last five systems used and they've all worked amazingly well, except for one of them did not work at all. what are the
    problems you're having with it perhaps I can help you troubleshoot through this?

    email support, get agen support help and use this forum to post inquiries about it. So they could be a company that takes weeks to get to your problem but they dont. It takes secounds for problems to be heard and possibly fixed. Thank you for rewding if you
