    Now I've just got to work out how to get all of the avatars in the profiles on the console into a band.

    It picks my avatar up but my missus etc can't seem to use theirs!!

    i logged on to xbox.com and clicked profile to see my avatar but i dont see my avatar!! i see a blank avatar no face or skin color just a dummy avatar so were is my avatar?? i just made this account on december 19th 2012. oh and the avatar shows up on my
    xbox console. no worrys there just woundering why i cant see my avatar on xbox.com

    Hello Fistacuff!

    There has recently been an update to the avatar system. Check out this helpful support article:

    Where’s my old avatar stuff?    .

    Basically you still have access to all your previous avatar clothes and styles you would just have to access them through the Original Avatar Editor App.

    If you are referring to the Original Xbox Avatar, they will still be there. They will not transfer over to the new Avatar app. You can select to use either Avatar.

    Hey Fistacuff,

    There are two Xbox Avatar apps now. The most recent update launching the
    Xbox Avatar Editor    . If you are referring to all the lost content from your previous avatar you would need to use the Xbox
    Original Avatars App.

    You can set to display your new avatar or your old one as well. Hope this helps!

    Hi there, if you are referring to your old (original) avatar stuff, it's still there, you just need to access the original avatar editor.

    NEW Avatar wearing purchases from old Avatar app.... Possible?

    I would love to be able to use my old Avatar items on the new avatars. However, I don't mind simply choosing my old avatar if need be to wear the items. Both versions of the avatars look good in my opinion.

    The old avatars and avatar content is not compatible with the new avatar system. I have lots of items that I wish I could transfer to my new avatar. We do have the option to use either avatar we wish as a profile.

    Avatar awards gone!!!

    I've had exactly the same problem, only my awards disappeared after I visited the Avatar Store, then went to customize my avatar. I made no changes to my avatar, just hit save and exit. Not sure what all awards I'm missing now, but I know for sure my Doom
    T-Shirt and Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock "Axe" are gone because those are what I've had on my avatar for over a year and they aren't on my avatar anymore. My avatar customization is showing no awards and no props (I'm sure I have earned a few)

    Changing Avatars gender

    Try editing your avatar on xbox.com. Login, click directly on your gamertag (Cwhited32), click "edit my avatar" button right below your avatar's feet on the left hand side, and then select "choose new avatar" button right below the my features button.
