    My Avatar not showing up on Xbox One since I got it.


    Hello! My friend need some help, i was at his house using his console and he told me that he can't see his avatar, it's just grey or black and white, he can edit it and save the changes but after that, the avatar still showing grey,
    this happens also with his brother's profile, they were able to see the prevously edited avatar and take a gamertag pic, but since he got his xbox one, this just happened.
    he already tried the basic, he tried to edit it and watch it on xbox.com, different browsers, different computers and different network and the same, he just cant see his avatar.
    he tried also to power cycle his xbox one, deleting profile and download it again and the same.
    is there any other reason why this happen, or a solution?? My friend's Gamertag is
    TAICKOS I'd really appreciate it if someone can give us some ideas or suggestions, thanks My Avatar not showing up on Xbox One since I got it. :)

    Avatar not showing up (looks default grey)

    I recently upgraded my free Xbox Live profile and got Gold Membership. However my Avatar is not showing up on my friends xboxs correctly, it just shows up as a grey default. I have tried creating a new Avatar from scratch a few times and still no luck.
    I can see my Avatar/Gamerpic fine on my Xbox, just not on other peoples?

    Problem with Xbox Avatar app...

    Alright, so I unlocked a ton of avatar awards on my Xbox 360, and I customized my avatar on my Xbox 360. Then, I went on my Xbox One to the Xbox Avatars app, and the avatar was completely unchanged. I know that the avatar awards are supposed to be under
    Tops, Outfits, etc. depending on what they are, but they're not showing up on Xbox One. Can anyone help with this problem?

    Similar to this issue, when I signed up for the gold subscription xbox was logged into my daughter's avatar. How do I change the avatar associated with my xbox gold account. Right now when I log in, it shows that I am my daughter, how do I change it so

    Same situation here. Glad I found this thread though because I was wondering why my activity wasn't appearing under my avatar and most others do have icons appearing (I haven't had an XBOX since the original one as I did not own an XBOX 360). Same situation
    with my downloads. I bought something for my avatar in the XBOX store and it shows up in my queue "to be downloaded." Several other things seem out of sync too.
