    My Aunt had set up my xbox but accidentally redeemed a code on the wrong profile, it was for Minecraft windows10 edition beta. can the game be switched to my profile The code is

    Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

    I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

    I really hope someone can help me.

    My son bought a €30 voucher code and couldn't redeem it on the Xbox so I logged into my microsoft account. Well which I thought was my right Microsoft account but it looks like my son set up this account before we actually got someone else to set up the
    account he's using now. Anyway long story short the voucher has been redeemed on the wrong account. is there anyway you can transfer the credit to the account he's using?

    Really appreciate any help I can get.

    I have entered a prepaid code I purchased a 12 month. I have tried to redeem the code says my billing account is locked and gave me an error called microsoft I have no violations against my acount they have no idea what's wrong with my account. Can't redeem
    any code can't make any purchase. Using prepaid. And can't update provacy settings either

    So if i get it right, the code that i redeemed for the season pass will show up as a purshase on my account? If so there must be something that went wrong. The code was accepted and showed no error. I even tried a second time and then it said that the code already was redeemed. So it means it was registered. And i never changed account, always use the same account.
