My audio wont work on twitch while streamimg fortnite

So i have the astro a20 wireless headset and whenever i got to play fortnite i have to switch the adapter from xbox to PC settings or i cant talk to my team. So whenever i stream fortnite on twitch through xbox, because i have to switch my headset settings to talk in game chat twitch automatically mutes my mic so my viewers cant hear me but they can hear my team just fine and my team can hear me so is there a way to fix this

Thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us! Sounds like the issue comes from the game server miscommunicating with the twitch server, try clearing the Network Card Cache (clearing the MAC address) by doing the following so we can discard the network as a problem:

To clear the alternate MAC assuming you're on Xbox One and not PC it's

Network settings

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC address

Select Clear and then Restart

Now only digital play anywhere titles or pc titles work without streamimg

There is only about 100 without streaming or gamepass

I'm having the same problem. Audio on my streams with the Xbox one app have audio breakup pretty much no sound. Happened after the last update to twitch and Xbox. I tried all the trouble shooting steps too with no luck. Funnily enough, twitch works on
my PC and PS4 with no problem. I hope they fix this issue soon.

You'd need a capture card and some PC software. Alternatively you can broadcast with Mixer or Twitch and have everyone include party audio (Twitch is included by default I think). Get the audio you need, go on Mixer and save the broadcast to your PC, then
just rip the audio files from it.

Either way its a lot of work.
