My audio has stopped working on my xbox

HDMI: HDMI Audio has stopped working on my Monitor.

OPTICAL AUDIO: Don't have any Optical Audio speaker systems.

It has worked before, but since the new xbox update it stopped working. Im talking about my party being able to share their audio to my stream.

If the audio inputs you're trying on your receiver/TV work with other devices, then it certainly seems the 360's audio has stopped working.

Try a different outlet (nest if you can try one on a different breaker/room in the house)

if connected tto a power bar or surge protector make sure it's not off or tripped.

verify the power cord and or/brick is firmly connected to the xbox.

is the cord frayed or kinked (bent) in any way.

Did you have a power event (outage, did the lights blink, etc..)

if it still doesn't work after all this you may require service.
