My assassin's creed vahalla punchcard isnt working

Hello I activated a punchcard in Microsoft rewards. where if I buy assassin's creed vahalla I get 6k points well I activated the punch card then I bought the game in that order and it didnt give me the points. That's one of the reasons I bought it
because I seen the punch card before hand. Pls help

It can take some time for their system to update. You would need to contact Microsoft Rewards support
if you don't get the points.

Is this the only disc which is not working? Are others working fine? Does the disc look scratched or marked?

Since your Assassin's Creed purchase was a pre-order, it was not eligible for MyVIP. It awarded one punch on your Games on Demand punchcard, which requires three punches to complete.
