    My Assassins Creed Unity Saved Data Has Disappeared!


    I loaded up my game and went to press continue on the main menu to continue my progress which was at 70-something percent the game went onto the next screen which it stalled on here for some time after 5 mins I gave up waiting and had to reboot my machine
    as it became unresponsive. I restarted my machine but when I got back to the main menu I had 0% progress and my save was gone!

    I spoke with live chat multiple times and called customer services and after all failed troubleshooting I was told to write to the complaints team here in the UK... My response form the Listening & Advocacy Team and they have pretty much some up with
    no help at all..

    I have spoken with Ubisoft and they where not much help either, I do understand that the game save is on Microsoft servers so there's not much they could do, they did advise that it could be possible to somehow restore my account back to a specific date
    or to restore a previous save. Both of which have been completely shut down by xbox as their response was that if its not a widespread issue they aren't interested! So it's left me with pretty much no option but to simply wave goodbye to 150+ hours of saved
    data stored in the "safe" cloud...

    Would anybody here be able to offer some help or advice on any steps I could take apart from playing through again?

    How to delete Saved game data NFS2015

    Dear KenH2k4,

    Unfortunately this doesn't work.

    With NFS2015 there is no dropdown of any saved data.

    I'm having the same problem with Assassins Creed Unity. Other games do have this dropdown, therefor i don't understand it.

    Dear KenH2k4,

    Unfortunately this doesn't work.

    With NFS2015 there is no dropdown of any saved data.

    I'm having the same problem with Assassins Creed Unity. Other games do have this dropdown, therefor i don't understand it.

    Achievements Not Unlocking

    I had the same thing 2 days ago with Advanced Warfare and Assassins Creed Unity. All but one of the Assassins Creed achievements has unlocked.

    Assassins Creed Unity achievement not unlocking in the dlc dead kings

    To be honest I never had any problems with this achievement but a few people did. At the moment the only solution is to go to your games and apps hit Assassins Creed Unity with the menu button, manage game over to the right you should see saved data click
    your profile with the menu button then click delete saved data, then 2 options will come up you'll want to click the one that says delete everywhere. Then you want to uninstall the DLC Dead Kings and re download it you'll have to start a brand new game in
    Assassins Creed Unity but after you have completed sequence 4 travel to Franciade on your map complete the Heist and achievement should pop up.
