    Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and see if that fixes the issue

    I have already the latest 1909 version of windows and asphalt xtreame closes on my laptop after playing some time.

    The Outer Worlds Wont launch, stuck on download? Error Code: 0x87e00013

    I wound up being able to get the download to work after making sure my PC was fully up to date, including updating Windows itself to version 1909.
