    My April Gold Game says i dont own the game


    Hi. I was directed to the forums from Lester from online chat. I do apologize this is the first time posting on a forum

    I'm having an issue playing Assassin's Creed Revelations copy I got with Games with Gold. When I go to play it tonight. I get the message I don't own the game. I am signed up for the Xbox one insider program. I was able to play the game from the 16th to
    22nd before with no issues.

    I suddenly no longer own Child of Light that I got with Games with Gold

    I downloaded Child of Light April last year with Games with Gold and it is not working. It now says "Do you own this game or app?" I also checked my games on my profile on this website and its not showing up. I downloaded this on my profile.

    Hi Nikestrand,

    Just want to figure out something are you buying the next upgrade or are you expecting it to upgrade automatically because you already have the first version of the game (e.g. Standard upgraded to deluxe)?

    If you are trying to purchase the upgrade and its not working then it might be that the "purchase content" is currently down, but if your expecting it to automatically upgrade then as far as I know that's not possible as they would be two different versions
    of the game set at different prices.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

    okay. Just rebooted the xbox. Same result with I don't own the game message

    I called Xbox Support today. Got transferred to Tech Support and was treated poorly. I hope not all Reps and Supervisors are as rude to Xbox Customers like I was treated today. Highly disappointed My April Gold Game says i dont own the game :(

    I called Xbox Support today. Got transferred to Tech Support and was treated poorly. I hope not all Reps and Supervisors are as rude to Xbox Customers like I was treated today. Highly disappointed :(
