My apps dont work anymore

Can you please give more information on the process your using and if theres an error?

also have you tried to uninstall the apps and reboot then reinstall them and try again?

nope mean that my router port are open, but for some reason games cant connect.... today stopped working kindle app too,reinstalling dont work... i dont know anymore what to do... really cant understand that app system..

Dont use the companion app anymore. Use the xbox app built with windows 10. I just tried it and it works great

what is your account region and actual region?

if it has changed since purchasing those content you may experience issues as halo and skyrim content is region locked
