It is but it depends if your appeal is valid or not

If it's is a LFG suspension

Then anything Not related to LFG is not a valid lfg post and worthy of suspension this includes trades boosting etc

If it is a "he started it" it doesn't matter who starts the fight if you break the rules you will be punished also

Appeals are reviewed by multiple teams before being issued

How do you know it wasn't read? Just because you think your appeal should be successful doesn't mean it will be.

Your appeal would of been read by a different person than the one who issued your ban/suspension in the first place & both of them have determined that your ban/suspension was warranted so you'll just have to wait it out.

I was told by more than 1 support agents that this is the best way to reach out to them, Since there is no way of reaching to the enforcement team. This whole situation wasn’t even my fault so there should be some information on why my case didn’t get appealed.
