    My app on Xbox Console Companion kept crashing


    I had an issue two days ago with the App Angry Birds 2. When I kept launching the app, it kept crashing and would not load. So I proceeded to uninstall the app and re-install it. After I did that, it didn't bring back my account but created a new account.
    I would like to get my old account back since I recently made purchases it on it.

    This is on the Xbox Console Companion. I am not sure of my account ID, but my name in the app was "Monty Bacon Bust" I have purchased that I made on December 2. I have the information where my paypal account was charge for two purchases that day.

    I would like to get my account back. Is there anyway that this could be done.

    Xbox Console Companion App

    Anytime i try to start or join a party on the xbox console companion app it just has a loading symbol next to my mouse for a few seconds and then the app completely crashes and now i just cant join partys anymore without the app crashing.
    The same thing also happens with the xbox game bar

    Do the Xbox Beta or the Xbox Console Companion apps crash if you try to use those to join/start parties as well, or is it purely contained to Xbox Game Bar?

    In the Xbox console companion app on my PC, there is no option for voice invites like on my phone, I get the invites through game bar but still nothing through the Xbox console companion app

    Xbox console companion party chat won't work.

    To be sure, are you using the Xbox app or the Console Companion App? Party chat has been discontinued for the Console Companion App.

    Xbox console companion app keeps crashing

    Mine does this a lot too. What I do is I'll go into the app settings and force stop the Xbox app, and then relaunch it and that sometimes helps it run for 10 minutes or so before it locks up again.
