My App Keeps Closing and Saying "You Started Playing On Another Console"

Another thing that can help, is try to remove games from quick resume, because when you will start some game that is very heavy in matter of memory for the console.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

On my Nokia Lumia 920 the SmartGlass App always closes when I return to the start screen, open another app or just get a phone call. Very anoing.

My Xbox Game Pass app on my PC will download and install games just fine, but when I click play, the Xbox app closes for about 30 seconds, and then reopens like nothing happened, and the game never starts. Looking at my app history in Task Manager,
the game I am trying to play opens for less than a second before closing.

Hard restart console and try launching again.

Have you tried searching for spotify on the store from another account on your console then try to install the app?

I haven't had this problem. My problem with spotify: I was listening to an album, then an ad came on, when the ad ended there wasn't any audio. I opened the app to see if it was paused. I pressed play on a song, no audio, tried a different album still no audio. I closed spotify then when I reloaded it said Something Went Wrong. Reload, This App Needs To Be Reinstalled (never seen that message before). Reinstalling didn't help. After closing and reinstalling multiple times finally spotify just started working again. Also awhile back spotify would close itself randomly after a few songs, no other game or app would do this.
