    If your region on Xbox.com is set to anything other than US, you'll have to type in the "ambassadors.xbox.com/en-US" part manually, or just bookmark the page. :)

    If you open a new tab, the go to the support page. then hit the SUPPORT with an avater inside the pic. and pic your problem. then the ambassador pge is there okay
