My ambassador chats are not working right for me.

Hello i am Xbox community level ambassador KinWaffleThyII. I have this problem with my chat's for the past 3 chat's about 30 second in to the chat this message start's to pop up over and over. ( Requested action is not available at this time) and then the
user i am helping just seems to stop typing and sending the messages i have no clue what is going on.

Can't use the chat with Xbox support

I wanna use the chat with xbox support, but it does not work for me. On pages like messages, friends, and chat with xbox, my account on the top right corner says Loading.... forever, I think that's not normal, and that's keeping me from using the chat with
xbox support. I also can't use the chat with an ambassador support, it has the same issue

I am still facing this issue. I am not able to see my ambassador profile but my chat bot is working perfectly.

I'm sorry to see your not able to take chats correctly. If you could please post in the Ambassador Support forums and a Official XCL Forums agent will swap in to help you. Please copy and past what you wrote here at:

You can try to Delete your Internet Temp. Folder and trying a different Browser.
