My ambassador account

My ambassador account is not working. I cant answer questions on the ambassabank, i cant sign up for the enforcement unit and i cant post on the official ambassador forum and my badge is not showing.If i go to apply as a ambassador it says i cant cause i
am already a ambassador and or the ambassabanks if i click on a question its says "Hhhmm, that's weird. I can't seem to find your chat session, or your session is 'having a moment'. Please refresh Ambassabank and try again. SORRY!" All im trying
to do is help people with problems on both xbox because i know alot about both consoles since i have had both of them since they released.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

 

When did you apply to become an ambassador ?

Please read the op's question,they have mentioned that they can't post in the ambassador forums.

@ IC3MAN,your best bet would be to either wait for an official staff member to see your post or to pm one of them as they are really the only ones who can deal with this.

Hey Ic3man, you apparently messaged Onyx62is about this issue. He passed it onto the Ambassador Programme Leads and they are now aware of your issue. It should be resolved within a few days.
