I would love to have my ambassador privileges reinstated and I would love to know how that can be made possible. In the past I made a mistake and learned from that as there will never be any other mistake. So please let me know how I can get my access back.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

I trying to search their names with the Xbox app however nothing is popping up, so how exactly do I contact those two accounts directly?

Hello,

If you've applied as an Ambassador it will take awhile for you to get your forum badge and you're able to access the Ambassador Support forums. Since the new program just launched this past week they are going through some issues and are working through them.

If you're issues aren't squared away by next week Wednesday send a Private Message to Miss Ermine on the Xbox Support forums and she can look into what's going on.
