My alias, email and password has been changed.

Hello Anothersmite, you tried the only two ways that are possible to recover an account, the first is through the form, and the second would be directly with Xbox support this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

Is the email address verified? If it is verified, sign in to account.live.com and click add or change alias. There you can add a new email, make it the primary alias and removed the hacked email address. If it is not verified, but you know the password,
sign in to verifyme.microsoft.com and when it says your email hasn't been verified it will give you an option to change the email address you sign in with.

Well we did change it so one of my my emails is an alias. Although when I change something on my Xbox it still changes his hotmail. Not only but it’s frustrating as we use 2fa and he changes the password often. How can I have it so logging in to Xbox using my email has one set password and doesn’t change his email but mine if that makes sense.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. I'm sorry that you seem to be having some difficulty in updating your account alias. If the email address that you wish to use has already been taken by another account that you don't have access to, then you
would not be able to choose to use it as the primary alias on your existing account.

That being said, you can always use a different email address that you do have access to as a new alias (email address for log in) on your current account or create a new email address to do so. I'm including some links in this post that may be of use to
