my addons to my game aren’t loading in to my game

Have you tried hard resetting your console? If that dosen't work you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Power cycle:

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
- Unplug your console's power cord for 5 minutes.
- Plug the power cord back in. If possible, please use one of the wall's outlets.
- Turn your console on and check if the issues persist.

• If the previous steps didn't work, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

- Is this a regular Xbox One S or the All-digital Xbox One S?
- Is this happening with both physical and digital games?
- Are you getting any error codes/messages when this happens?
- Do you have any external devices plugged into your console's USB ports? an external storage unit perhaps?

Hi,

I'm experiencing the same problem. The list on the menu for "included with this xbox console" in the account menu shows both addon's listed with a tick against each. This is also the same in the Microsoft.com store for my account which shows the purchase with a zero value and a status of completed. When running Fortnite with my Epic Games registered profile the addon is not showing.

I have done the following:

1) Reloaded Fortnite on the xbox numerous times.

2) Pushed the addon via my orders in Microsoft.com repeatedly to the console.

3) Made sure the xbox console is set as my home console.

4) Resetting the console, but kept the games. This meant declaring my country and account details again.

5) Ensuring that auto upadate is on.

6) Called Epic Games support who advise its a Microsoft issue.

The only thing I can think caused this problem is that the console was used with the addons downloaded and Fortnite loaded before I associated my Epic Game profile to the xbox. Could this have over written the addon?
