My activity feed stopped working on both Xbox One console and smartglass app

My activity feed stopped working on both Xbox One console and smartglass app. If I post something, it never shows up and my friends can't see any of my activity. On the smartglass app, my profile appears empty too. My activity feed is blank, when I try to
post something it never shows up. The recent activity and achievements sections are also empty. How can this be? I already tried power cycling my console several times, but that didn't fix the issue. The problem doesn't reside in my console anyways, because
some friends tried signing in with their profiles and their feeds were working correctly.

Since 3 weeks I got this annoying problem. My activity feed stopped working on both Xbox One console and smartglass app. If I post something, it never shows up and my friends can't see any of my activity.

On the smartglass app, my profile appears empty too. My activity feed is blank, when I try to post something it never shows up. The recent activity and achievements sections are also empty. Any solution?

and shares are unaffected though.

Same thing happening for me. Everything in my Activity Feed disappeared from the past month, the most recent thing on it is from 23 days ago. It will not update (achievements, videos, or "something to say"), and I can not share. This is occurring on both
Console and SmartGlass, but I am able to leave comments on friends updates and I think I am able to like them. I talked to @XboxSupport on twitter for about two days trying to fix it... they had me remove my profile from console (5 times), restore console
to factory settings, change my WiFi settings, do a manual update by installing it via flash drive, have my friend download my profile so we could try it on a different console/network, change privacy settings back and fourth, and obviously do a power cycle
(about 10 times). NOTHING. Even talked to Xbox Support on the phone for 3 hours and did it all again. There seems to be no fix right now, just waiting for the October update to see if that helps. Kinda sucks.

 

Anyone further on with this issue? My feed shows other people but mine havent shown for about a week or so now and anything I share doesnt appear also.

Really annoying and have done a few hard resets

 

We all need to call and tweet to Xbox Support about this, when I contacted them a few days ago this was a new issue to them. They obviously could not fix the problem yet, so we need to make sure they know that it is effecting a lot of people. This is the
only way they will investigate and find a fix. I lead Xbox Support to the forums and they replied: "Thanks for keeping us updated, mate. We'll definitely be investigating as more users come in with this issue. ^JP". This issue has three threads on the Xbox
One forums, and they are all in the Popular Discussions section, so it is obviously widespread. We need to let them know!

I have the same issue since Sunday. I've spoken with Xbox Support twice and they weren't able to help me. I've done everything they've told me and still my profile both on XO and SmartGlass App is blank. I was told is some kind of synchonization traffic
between servers and profiles, so they're aware about that, but do nothing to fix it.

 

I made a thread based on the exact same issue. I just logged on as my daughter, added a friend, and it showed up on both hers and my activity feeds. But I added a friend, and nothing. Clips don't show, either.

While my 25 days of activity is missing, it was working a week or so ago. I have activity alerts from the last two weeks that show people commenting on my clips.

 

After tweeting Xbox support, I think we may have found a solution. I had been doing a hard reset to no avail. they suggested thatI sign out before doing the hard reset. Sure enough, I'm now having my activity show up. Also, most of my lost activity
has also popped back up.

What is missing is about the last three days worth of clips and achievements from the feed. But I can live with that.

So I would suggest signing out completely before doing a hard reset. Wait for at least 5 minutes (which is whatI did, it may or may not be an important step) and then turn it back on.

 

Yip I can agree with the above as I left mine off for 10 mins and replugged it back in and now activity and sharing works again.

I am having the same problem. My Activity Feed stopped working within the past week. I have
2 Xbox Ones and it is happening on both. My wife and daughter's activity feeds on both Xbox Ones are updating fine, so I do not think this could be a console issue. Here are the issues:

1. On Friends App under my profile screen, my Activity Feed is blank. Nothing I do shows up here (posting comments, sharing items, screenshots, clips, recent achievements, etc.)
   
2. My friends cannot see me post anything or any of the updates mentioned above.
   
3. My wife's account can do all of these things on both consoles, mine cannot.

What I have tried to no avail:

1. Hard resetting multiple times while logged in and logged out.
2. Resetting from System > Power.
3. Deleted/Removed my Xbox live profile and added it back.

I believe this issue is most likely not related to my Xbox One consoles (hardware) since it is happening on both, unless they are both experiencing the exact same issue at the same time. If so, why are not other Live accounts on either consoles not affected?
It seems as if something with my actual account is messed up.

OK, I am convinced that this problem has nothing to do with my actual Xbox One consoles since I just tried posting an Activity Feed update on both
SmartGlass AND account.xbox.com Profile homepage.

I cannot update my Activity Feed at all, no matter the place (2 Xbox consoles, SmartGlass, Xbox website).

Why would a problem on my local Xbox console prevent me from posting to my Activity feed on account.xbox.com?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

EDIT: As of this edit (5/17/2015 4:37PM central), I also just noticed that my Forum Avatar card (to the left of this post) is missing my recent Achievement icons... Could this have something to do with my account issue?

 

There's quite a few people with the same issue, I'm one of them. As you say, it's definitely not an issue with the console, this is an account issue. Unfortunately, nobody seems to be able to offer a fix!

 

This sucks im still having issues
