Hello, i have written to Twitter Support, but nothing Happens.

I'am a XBOX360 & XBOX One Gamer and XBOX Ambassador.

Last Year i have Pay on my 360 more than 200 Games from German Marketplace.

my Gold Membership runs from XMas 2012( i think) to 01 July 2014 !!!

we have March but my Gold Membership is completly removed from XBOX.com (Website, XBOX360, XBOX One & Win8 Phone)

last week i have Pay 2 Games on my XBOX One. Later i have Seen, i have wrong settings on my XBOX One,

Language was German but Country was Austria, this is wrong. I live in Germany. It was a mistake.

i think this is the Problem. On German Marketplace i have 13 Cents and on Austria Marketplace i have 2 Cents.

i have a test music Pass, this is still Running to 06.April 2014

but i cant use it without my Gold Membership.

please fix it and reactivate my Gold Membership. I have Pay Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare, a Great Game but Not playable without my Gold.

locked from purchasing things

I haven't played my xbox in awhile, and i've had gold membership with a credit card payment option. But i canceled it because i got an email from xbox saying i have to.. now im trying to add a 3 month live prepaid card to it to reactivate my gold membership
but it's saying that i have been locked from making purchases on my billing account. please help

There is no option to reactivate canceled xbox gold membership

 

You are not alone, I am also not getting any support on here or on the phone. Customer support is useless. I'm paying for Gold subscription however my account is showing Silver and I am not getting any help even though the issue is on Microsofts side.

Don't hold your breath in waiting to get back online!!

From what I've been hearing from you as well as others this seems to be a reoccurring issue. From my standpoint all I can suggest is to call 1800-4MY-XBOX. As you know or as you should know as an ambassador calling customer support for these kinds of issues
would be the best possible way to get assistance for account issues.

I have ca ll today the Phone Support. All is Fine, they give me a 3 month Code and my Gold comes back to my Account in few days

 

@Recooked: That's only the number for the US/Canada. It's different in other countries, eg Germany where the OP is located.

@Devil: I'm happy it seems to be resolved for you now.
