    My achievements won't unlock??!!


    3 weeks ago my Xbox achievements stopped unlocking or progressing!! I had completed the last of the Bioshock 2 achievements but they didn't unlock and the next day it showed it reset my progress to only 12/53 achievements unlocked!! I have tried other games
    and none will unlock achievments now. Yet I just beat Gear 4 on my pc and all achievments unlocked just fine?? So it has something to do with my Xbox or my account on Xbox?? Help??!! It's been 3 weeks now and it's still not fixedMy achievements won't unlock??!! :(

    Hey there -

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Take a look at the support thread we have for
    achievement unlocking issues     and try all of the steps suggested in that thread, in order. Don't forget to fill out the survey at the end if nothing works. Do note that this is not a guarantee that things will be fixed however the information is passed along
    to the appropriate teams for them to investigate.

    Thanks for understanding and apologies for any frustration this may cause.

    my achievements won't work

    my achievements won't work, no matter what game I play I can no longer gain achievements, I have deleted and redownloaded my account, cleared Xbox cache, played multiple games, waited for Xbox new update, even played through an entirely game and not had
    one achievement gained from it even the completion achievements but i clearly have the save for the game completion, this is happening on my Xbox one console and has been an on going issue for over 6 months, please if anyone could help I'd greatly appreciate

    If you're experiencing issues regarding achievements, you'll want to take look at the >>achievement unlocking issues thread<<.
    Be sure to try all the steps provided and if after all that nothing works, be sure to fill out the survey in the last step. That information gets passed along to the appropriate teams for investigation but please note that it does not guarantee a resolution.
