my achievements reset I need help

I want you to delete all Games history I Start from zero I do not want to lose my account

Would you help me pls

Xbox achievement reset problem solved.

How can I reset my achievements? They got reset and had about 1 achievement in every game or no achievements. I want all of my achievements to be reset but how?

 

Do you ever wish you could choose to reset your GS for individual games to get achievements again?

You can't cheat if it resets your achievements and gamerscore for that game and reduces your overall gamerscore by the same amount.

Say you have 50k GS. You reset the achievements and GS for ME2 which you had 1150GS in. Now you have 0 GS and achievements in ME2 and your overall GS is 48,850.

 

Gamerscore resets are only done by the enforcement team if they have found that you have cheated/modded your gamerscore (someone would need to file a complaint on your account via the console). If you have earned everything legitimately, it would not be
possible to have a reset done.

Once you are reset, you can never re-earn the achievements you had on your account.

 

I used save game Is this allowed

 

If you mean you used someone else's game save, then no that's not allowed. That could also get your account suspended/banned.

 

Got it now what do want my return my account start from zero

What is the solution to my problem

 

If someone files a complaint on your account the enforcement team will investigate and give you a reset if they determine it's needed. It won't be immediate. It could take months for that to happen.

Otherwise, you would just need to start a new account.

 

I will wait and if did not solve my problem i m going to close my account and will not come back again to Xbox I play a lot tired years go away

There is no way to delete gamerscore like that. As I said, the enforcement team are the only ones who issue gamerscore resets so it would be up to them as to whether or not you would get one. You would need to have someone file a complaint on your account
in order for them to investigate your account. Or you would need to start a new account in order to start over.

Support typically sends people to the forums because they think you can contact the enforcement team about issues like this, but that is not possible. The enforcement team only respond to the suspensions/bannings forums and only to tell people why they were
suspended/banned. It's not possible to contact them for any other reason. No one else on the forums handles resets.

Like I said, in order for the enforcement team to investigate and possibly give you a reset, you will need to have someone file a complaint on your account via the console.

You can NOT reset your gamescore to zero. End of the matter. Buy a new account.
