My achievements have glitched and it is no longer tracking progress. Any ideas on how to fix ...

Since downloading battlefield 1 every achievement progress on every game has glitched out and i am no longer earning progress towards achievements despite completing the necessary criteria for said achievement. Noticed this on Mafia 3, Battlefield 1, and
rainbow six siege. Need a way to fix this. I have already contacted Xbox Support and followed every troubleshoot provided and still have yet to see any change. In game progress is at the point of where i should have various achievements, but according to Xbox
live none of my game progress or achievement progress has changed. All it is tracking now is the amount of hours i have played on the game.

Achievements not tracking - Progress no longer being shown

Earlier today, I was having no problems tracking the progress of each of the achievements. I was unlocking achievements without any issue and having a generally good time with the game. About 4-5 hours into my game session, I notice that an achievement I
was expecting to unlock did not. I went to the app and saw that all my progress for each achievement not yet unlocked was gone. The app was no longer tracking my progress and had essentially deleted what progress I had. I tried to make progress again on some
achievements to see if it would start tracking again, but nothing. I deleted the save file from the console and got it off the cloud....nothing. I uninstalled the entire game from the system and reinstalled...nothing. I am out of ideas at this point. I am
wondering if I have run into a bug in the game, which is causing problems with tracking and unlocking achievements. Maybe my last save checkpoint caused the glitch and that my current save file on the cloud is slightly corrupted. I can play the game fine,
but the achievements aren't working. Is anyone else having this issue? I also noticed that my Titanfall achievements are still being tracked on the achievement app, so I don't think it is the app.

 

Achievement App - Individual achievement progress tracking shows 0% always

So I know certain games don't have achievement tracking. But the ones that do, that I HAVE seen on both my Smart glass App and console are now magically gone. All my achievements have a 0% even though I know they are not at 0%. For instance Dragon Age Inquisition.
I have recruited ~8 agents, but the achievement says 0%. I have killed 1 dragon, but the achievement says 0%. Also, Titanfall use to track my progress on the smart glass app and now that is missing from both the smart glass app and the console.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I have turned my Xbox off, unplugged it, took the game CD out, etc...I noticed this a while back (months ago), but just now posted it. What reminded me to post it, was I turned my Xbox one on this morning, booted up dragon age
inquisition and the tracking was working. So I played the game for a bit, and when I went back to look, it was no longer tracking
