    Claimed Xbox 360 Achievements Say 0% on Xbox One

    I received every achievement for every Xbox 360 game I had on 360 before I got my Xbox one, but ever since I got my Xbox one back in 2016 all my 360 Achievements say 0% until I click on them and it shows I have all the gamer score and all the achievements
    unlocked. I’ve tried restarting my Xbox and everything but I have no idea how to fix this. Anyone have any solutions to get them to show 100% instead of 0%?

    Gamerscore Reset.....What happened

    I signed in to my account today and all of my gamerscore was gone? It only kept one game and it was red dead redemption. I went to play halo reach and lost all my achievements and i had over 1000G in it. I thought it was only me but when i go to compare
    my games with my friends all of their gamerscore is gone too.....what happened and will i ever get my achievements back.

    Hello Titchzilla,

    What exactly is the problem you are seeing? On the forums and when I view your profile on Xbox.com, I can see games listed that you have played, but they all show as having zero Gamerscore total -- but when opening up individual games it shows them as unlocked.
    How long ago did this happen? At first glance (and I stress that I base this only on what I see), this does appear to look like you had your Gamerscore reset by the Enforcement Team (which typically happens after they determine that someone artificially inflated
    their Gamerscore).

    To note: I am not accusing you of this, I am just saying that what I see on your profile matches what I have seen on other people's profiles after such action has been taken.

    You may be able to find more information on the Enforcement website: http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Definitely looks like a Gamerscore reset.

    They will still show as unlocked now but the actual Gamerscore will be removed.

    The only other thing you can do is post here
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     and ask the enforcement team if you have been reset.

    Your post won't appear straight away & they may pm you with an answer so keep checking your pm's.
