My Achievements are still not unlocking !

For the past couple of weeks, I cannot seem to unlock any achievements, even though I 100 % Fully meet the achievements requirements. For Example, I was playing the walking dead : Season One this week and the achievements in that game are unlocked by simply
progressing through the story. I have completed both episode 1 AND episode 2 and I have reached episode 3 and I have not unlocked the achievement for completing episode 1 or 2, even though I have completed them. That is not the only game I cannot unlock achievements,
It mostly with almost every game I play like Batman : Arkham Knight and Minecraft Xbox One Edition. I cannot unlock any achievement and I need immediate help and a solution. I have tried most of the solutions on the internet such as rebooting the Xbox One
and removing my account and downloading it again but I have no luck so please if there is anyone that could help, I appreciate it.

Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Achievements are Not Unlocking Ingame nor in the Xbox App.

What ever i do my achievements are not unlocking and the last achievement i unlocked was when it was still the beta edition.

I've been playing offline and still unlocking achievements.

The only difference between unlocking achievements offline and online is that achievements unlocked when offline are not date stamped.

I have already tried all the troubleshoot steps listed such as the power cycle and removing account etc. It has been a week and my achievement progress is still not increasing for any achievement even though I am completing 100 % of it's requirements. The
only solution that works is resetting my Xbox One and keeping My Games and Apps, however this only works temporarily and after a while, my achievements do not unlock again or any progress towards any achievement does not increase. This is becoming a serious
concern as I cannot unlock any achievement and I will not be able to tolerate this for any future games, so I need a permanent solution as soon as possible.
