    My achievements are not working across several games


    I've seeked support on live chat etc. but it isn't coming to a solution and I'm being referred to come here. I've waited for a few days now and my achievements on several games are still not working. I've tried all kinds of different methods to try solve
    this but nothing has worked. Hard resets, blu ray disc persistent storage wipes and everything else that has been recommended.

    In my most recent live chat supports 'solution' was: I understand and thank you for letting me know that you only have one console, and since you're experiencing the issue to both of your accounts then the very best thing that I can suggest is for you
    to have this posted to our forums for our forums support to have you assisted regarding the concern because if it is actually with regards to in game achievements and why are they not unlocking after you met all the requirements for it we actually don't have
    any specific information as to why is this happening.

    I don't see how a forum is going to solve a problem but might as well give it a shot. I would expect support to be able to assist me with this but oh well. Does anyone know how I can solve this issue correctly? I like to keep my cool but support is not solving
    this issue for me. I like to achievement hunt and now I cannot because support don't know how to solve this.

    after a system update

    Achievement Problem...

    I'd also add that my other achievements for the game are now working. I unlocked several last night. I just don't know how to get the Mr. Everywhere one because the counter doesn't reset...

    Hello, thank you for your response. I contacted support for a final time and we did some fiddling with my network settings. My achievements are now coming through, very delayed but coming through at the very least now My achievements are not working across several games :)

    If you have not already done so can you please try following the support steps listed in the

    Problems with Xbox one achievements webpage     and also try following the support tips in

    this Xbox Forum     and you will hopefully be able to get the achievements to unlock.

    Achievements broken for all games

    Well it seems like they are having some system wife achievment issues. My issues were happening about a month ago. New Xbox fixed it. I think right now they don't know what is going on. I have several that won't unlock got me at the moment across multiple

    can someone explain the appeal of this to me? it sounds like achievements specific to ubisoft games that work across platforms. is there more to it that i dont see?
