Discus and support My achievements are gone! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So a few days ago my achielements were gone with no explanation why.     So a few days ago my achielements were gone with no explanation why. I called support they tried evrything and I did everything I could do on my end. they told me post on here to see if anyone could help.

    Okay. From what I hear, there is no coming back from this regardless if it was a mistake or not.

    My achievements are gone!

    Try deleting your profile from your storage device via console. (DO NOT DELETE PROFILE AND ITEMS!! Just profile!!) Once done, turn your xbox off. Turn it back on, you'll see that your profile is gone. Go all the way to the left, and hit... Download profile.
    You'll need to sign in to your account. It should download everything that belongs to your account.

    I've tried that already I even tried downloading it to a friends Xbox to see if that would work and it didn't.

    Chances are you've had a Gamerscore reset for modding achievements.

    You would need to post here
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     to find out for cetain

    I never got an email about it plus I was on the phone with xbox support for 40 mins they looked threw my account and tryed a bunch of different stuff

    Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

    It's a glitch that happens randomly. There's no way to force a fix. It usually fixed itself within a few days.

    Downloading your profile works 9 times out of 10, really the only other option is to wait it out and see if your profile fixes itself.

    Unless someone else knows differently??
