    Achievements/Gamerscore won't update

    For the last two days my achievements have not been displaying correctly. The notification will pop, and when I look at individual game lists, the achievements show correctly. They also show correctly if I'm looking at the recent achievements on the social
    tab of my 360. However, my achievement totals and Gamerscore have not been updating on my achievement list when I hit the Xbox Guide button (example, the achievement list says 4/58 in Halo Wars, but when I open the Halo Wars achievement list from there it
    shows the correct number 8/58), and my games page will not display correctly on the site. SmartGlass and Xbox One are also not updating my achievement lists. I have earned achievements both on Windows 8 and 360 and neither will update properly. I contacted
    support via Twitter and at their advice I cleared my cache approximately 24 hours ago, but that has not solved the issue. I have not checked if Xbox One achievements are having the same issue.

    I don't know reasons as for why it is not there, but I do know the list of compatible games says at the top that they will not be adding anymore games to that list of backwards compatibility and that the list is the final revision.

    Achievement List not updating

    Do you have some examples of the games not being added to your list?

    Also, do you have another profile you can test to see if those games are being added to the second profile that aren't on your profile? Would also help identify if it's the console or the profile if there is another Xbox somewhere you can sign in and see
    if the games are added to your profile on the second console.

    Let me know the games, and if you have the other profile or console available and we'll see what else we can do to troubleshoot!
    Every single Xbox One game I play wont update. This includes new:

    Madden 19

    NBA LIVE 19

    PES 2019

    F1 2018

    Also any game I’ve played before, doesn’t update to the top of my list or achievement total for that game.

    I have 2 Xbox One X’s and have reset the consoles, my profile, etc. - nothing has fixed it. This isn’t console related. If I log into another profile, achievements work just fine.

    Another note - Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible games update just fine. The top of my list looks like a 360 list as a result. Its like my profile has been fooled into thinking I’m playing on 360 consoles and won’t read X1X games. like my profile has been

    No. Any new games I start from today and here on. Those games will further not be added. I still earn achievements, though. Look, I have an unknown virus in my profile. IDK what is causing not to update my achievement list, but it's definitely a virus.
