my accoutn was suspened

hell my gamer tag is and my accoutn was recently banned or suspended from talking in game and partys and sending messages any way i can get some help figureing out what happen and how long this will be ?

First thing you need to do is contact support and open an unauthorized access ticket. You can contact them by clicking here and requesting a call back:

The next thing you should do is to put a password on your account. More info on this can be found here:

If you often download your profile onto other's consoles I recommend getting a USB drive and putting your profile on there. That way you can take it with you when you leave instead of relying on the ore person deleting off the machine.

Account Glitch/auto renewal problem

I'm having some issues where my account is suspened and ask for me to update my card. I did yesterday and is stiill suspened. So i go on the website works fine go on my account uh oh.... its now getting annoying help anyone?

 

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one on the forums can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the
action and open a case review with the PET
