My Accounts Suspension Was Supposed To be Over But Is Still Active

I've already checked this site before and I have no current suspension. According to the email I recieved my suspension was supposed to be over on 8/19 although my privileges still seem to be revoked.

Yes. There is such a thing as a permanent suspension. However, you may have just had an extension on the suspension and not a permanent suspension. You would need to contact support to find out if you are still suspended and for how long. They will not have

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
4. Attempt to use the social features now.

So I tried this today thinking that the maximum suspension would be 2 weeks, well it’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t play online games or talk/message other people. Is there such thing as a permanent suspension from chatting or playing online games? Also
I’m kind of mad considering it was my friend who logged into my account and changed my gamerpic and got me banned.

Sometimes you need to refresh your account once the suspension is over. And also, the suspension ends on the exact time it was applied, on the last day of the suspension: For example, if you were banned at 3PM, you will be unbanned at 3PM on the last day
of that suspension.

1. First check to see if there's no more suspensions that have been added on, as this can sometimes happen:

2. Remove and redownload your account as this usually fixes this if you're supposed to be unbanned now:
