My Account's Progress got Deleted Totally and i don't know why.

I dont know why this happened but I just lost all of my Progress on my Xbox Account and the Name even changed. My Xbox name was TercDemon32 and i have spent alot on that Account. Even Xbox Live is gone and i wonder if anyone has encountered the same Problem.

Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions
always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Hello Jasan, by your description your account may have been hacked and after you did that you replaced the email, that's why it appears that the account does not exist.

In cases like this you should contact Xbox Customer Service via chat and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

Each account recovery case is unique, and if you request the ATO, you must wait for a response from Microsoft's investigation department.

On the 360 my brother has the same problem. Plus I got this problem 2 times. So I have three accounts now

I don't know why I don't just switch to PlayStation because at least they don't randomly delete your account

my biggest gripe was it deleting my progress on campaign.

It has deleted my progress 3 times now. im afraid to start campaign again until i know its fixed. last session on campaign that got deleted was 4.5 hrs worth.
