My accounts been suspended

Hi, My little brother got banned for 2 weeks on his account for voice communication I think, Then some off his mates thought it was funny and spammed reported him even more so he got a 1 month ban, I logged into my account one night and this had affected
me, This has happened before but I've always been able to play on my account I've got no enforcements on my account and I'm suffering, Need help ASAP, I can't even Go online, Thanks,Kieran

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

Hi,

A Device ban may of been issued.

This type of ban would stop any/all accounts from that device connecting online (More info).

It would be best to submit a Case Review from his account and hopefully the Enforcement Team can assist (How to submit a Case Review)

Okay but even if my account has been permantly suspended can i reinstate my account with account reinstatment ? (i hope i can , make have been suspended for nothing)

I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions. You will have to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options.

Usually an email is sent to the primary/contact email address with some information too.
