My accounts been hacked and getting the run around from xbox

My account and console have been hacked the actions of the hacker have resulted in my account and console being banned for life there have been suspensions in the past that were suspect but didn't think to much about it until the banning after I was directed
to the suspensions forum I was given dates of the most recent offenses And the dates of them were when we were supposed to be suspended I can't even accesses my account when I'm on suspension how can I commit infractions also my motto has been changed by someone

I have made other posts on suspension forum and have not received any further correspondence have called support number and was told by one individual to get on the chat site and an other Just hung up on me this to me is horrible customer service and I'm
sure I'm not the only one who feels this way so if there is some other course of action please let me know

My account has been hacked

My son's account has been hacked too. I'm getting the run around from Microsoft. They help me reset the password only to find out that the hacker has changed my email contact and the phone number associated with the account. I've tried doing the option where
u don't have access to any of these, and it says that I'm not allowed to do that at this time.

 

Getting added to a family plan

My brother is trying to add my Xbox Live account in his family plan account, so after giving him my password and signing out of my account from my console, he ended up getting error code 80151012. Now, my hotmail account had been hacked into a while back
and since then, I had changed my password, which also corresponds with my Xbox Live account. Also, my brother lives in a different state, which therefore, I'm guessing my account "thinks" it's getting hacked into again. Is there a way around this so that I
can be added in his family plan? If there has already been a thread for this very topic, you may just send me the link to it. Thanks for your time!

 

So someone hacked your account, changed your motto, got the account banned and then just gave you the account back??

You can access your account when you are on suspension, its only live access that is blocked.

 

Icannot access my sons account online or on xbox live on the xbox it immediately boots me off but I can access my account his account and my account are under the same family account but different email addresses we received a notice Tuesday that he was
suspended then received notice on Wednesday he was banned

The reason was he was intentionally playing with somebody with illegal software or hacks or he has illegal software and hacks I know for sure he hasn't installed anything or downloaded anything illegal to his machine and he has know idea if the people he
plays with does or not one of the other infractions said he has an inappropriate gamer tag and it was being forcibly changed received that notification today but his gamer tag has not been changed and is still zL Tricks he has had that same tag for at least
a year probably longer and yes his motto was changed from "no name" to I got hard on you. we also found out that the account was accessed three days ago which was during the suspension. I found this thru my friends list it tells me when the history. He has
had this account for three plus years we have delegated all credit card info from account. Also went to check thru the enforcement web site to check if console was banned typed in serial number it was connected and it said it couldn't confirm if the xbox was
banned

 

There are family accounts any more.

Accounts cannot be hacked without you giving out personal information.

 

When we first set up the account I had to put account in my name and his was a sub account maybe family account isn't the correct term

 

Also wether or not personal information was given out it is still unauthorized access

 

Giving out your personal account details violates the code of conduct, a permanent ban offence.

Clearly your son has not only been associating with bad elements online he has also given out his info, he has zero chance of getting a ban lifted.

You know where you need to post, if you are getting no answer there its because you have already been given the info you need.
