My accounts been banned and need help

basically my account got hacked last night I’ve been trying to get it back today and finally got it back by changing the password and now it’s not letting me speak in party or send messages I think I’ve been banned could someone please get back to me or
unban me please anything said wasn’t me.

PLEASE, I NEED HELP!!

Hey please help me, I have never begged for anything before.My Xbox account has been Permanently Suspended and I need to somehow get in contact with the Enforcement Team, I have already done a case review and that was before I found out why I got banned. Now that I know why I've been banned I would be the happiest person on the face of this planet if I can do another case review. Please Help this get out there to get my account back. I am not a rich person and certainly don't have any money on me, I have spent over 1000 dollars on my account and had it for over 5 years, and would love to at least get a second chance at doing a case review or getting in contact with the Enforcement Team.Good luck out there and do not get your account banned, it is seriously the worst thing ever to happen to a gamer, especially if you buy digital games and spend money on your account. I have been really messed up and had been getting no sleep cause of this. Last thing my GT is: ITz RAPID MoDz , Once again Thank you Guys/Girls and PLEASE!

Also, if your account was hacked, you can call Xbox to get them to look at it to see if it was actually logged into from another Xbox.

I NEED HELP TOO! I am a musician, I have been in Europe the last 5 months on tour... I come home to find out my account was banned for a communication function as well. My account must have been hacked, because I dont even have a microphone, nor do I ever
write messages. I need to talk to somebody with xbox because I have a permanent ban and I just spent $500 dollars for nothing. I barely get to play this, and I get banned for doing nothing. Wasn't even IN THE STATES. HOW DO I GET BANNED! I have had my account
since I was 13. My Gamertag is BigBostonBen. I NEED HELP ASAP.

The only people who can shed some light on this situation would be the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team (XBLPET). You can create a single topic in the
Account Suspension section of the forums, and they'll respond when they get a chance. Very rarely are suspensions undone, but at least you'll know WHY your account was suspended. Good luck.

Dollars to donuts I'd say the people who have been console banned have been account banned too. Usually when you're account banned you're also banned from the forums too but this doesn't apply to the support section because they need to be able to post in
"my xbox account was suspended"
