My Accounts and Privacy are greyed out and I can't acces them on my XBOX

Hi! Have you tried to access the settings on Xbox.com?

You might also wish to check that your security proofs are up to date, that there are at least two on the account and that all are verified.

Finally, (for now) please make sure that you are connected to the internet and run the Test Connection

Press the Guide button on your controller.

Select Settings, System Settings, and then Network Settings.

Select the name of your Wireless Network, or select Wired Network for a wired connection.

Select Test Xbox Live Connection.

There are some service alerts out atm but other than that if you get ANY error message please use Xbox.com search to find answers to your issue, post back on here and I or someone else can try to assist or, imho the best option in that case would be to ontact
Xbox Customer Service directly.

You can use the contact options to chat or have them call you on the support page at
http://support.xbox.com

You will need to be logged in to your account to use these options or you can call your local support number also listed there.

Hey bad, sorry to hear you can't access those settings! Are they grayed out on the console, or on Xbox.com? Also, are you getting a specific error code when you try and access those settings on the console? What happens exactly?

the network is showing the the XBox Live Connection is good. What is the next step?

I had it on one of my other profiles before. I selected a default avatar and didnt take a pic but the grey pic didnt pop up right away idk how long it actually took for it to pop up but i had the acc for about a year and decided to change my gamerpic and
it was magically there. I want this greyed out pic on my main account though and i didnt make a avatar pic on that acc either but its not showing up on it.
