    i'm pretty sure my account, when i looked last a long time ago, said i was 2* going on 3 ans now that's dropped to 13% towards 2* as a result the £200-£400+ i've spent recently on the xbox store hasn't really been done properly i don't think. The punchcards
    aren't showing my games i've pre-ordered either towards the rewards credits so i dunno how many of these it has done that for ???

    My account was suspended

    My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

    Any idea's?

    You can't get access to your aim? And you don't know your password... hmm.... did you try contacting xbox support?

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
    at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    We have reviewed your account, and do not see that at any point you were a two star member. You may be thinking of your MyAchievements percent back.

    We do not see any eligible purchases for the current Games on Demand. Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for that offer, which started in January. If you have made recent purchases toward this punchcard, keep in mind that purchases
    take up to 96 hours to be processed.
