I am having trouble signing into my main account. It tells me somethings wrong with my account and give me error code 8015D02E. When I tried to sign in on my computer it won't send me a security code. This might be because when I made the account I put
the email address in wrong. (Example;
*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** instead of just *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***). The account is godofdeath220. Help please.

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

So just to clarify when you signed up to Xbox LIVE you used a third party e-mail adress provided at Yahoo? And when in making that e-mail address you for example typed in *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** instead of *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***? This should not really be the reason why as you
are allowed to use dots in e-mail addresses.

Try going to:

http://account.live.com

Step 1. Sign into your Microsoft Account (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) (with your real e-mail)

Step 2. Then go to Security & Password (account.live.com/.../Manage)

Step 3. It will prompt you to verify your account. But you should see through the masked out alternative e-mail address if it may start with a w****@*****.com as in (www.)

Step 4. Enter in your alternative e-mail address to try and receieve the code.

It might also be an idea to see if you're able to see if you've set a Cell/Mobile Phone Number to receieve a security code to pass the verification.

If you have no way of getting the verification code you may have to think back on what the correct alternative e-mail address is. The alternative at default is completely different to the one of the Microsoft Account. If your Xbox Account is a Microsoft
Account (hotmail/outlook) and you set the Alternative address as (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) instead of (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) then I can only suggest three possible solutions.

1. Try your best to remember the alternative e-mail address you set word for word, and if you know the alternative, and it was a typo, don't tell anyone about what it is, just go ahead to Yahoo and quickly create that e-mail address just to receieve the
code and then update your security proofs (account.live.com/.../Manage) immidietly after.

2. When it asks you to enter in the verification code it will prompt you with the additional option of not being able to use that method anymore, and to add a new one. This may make you wait 30 days or so before it is completely updated, I think think that's
just a security measure.

3. Go to Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support enter in their support chat or call the Microsoft Xbox helpline on

(USA/Canada - 1-800-4MY-XBOX / ( 425 )-635-7180)

(UK - +44 0800 587 1102)

* Please note: Microsoft takes the protection and security of their customers very seriously, and you may not have as much luck as my other suggestions in regards to agents on the phone or chat.

The error code you provided can indeed mean that Microsoft finds something suspicious on that account which could include multiple incorrect sign-in attempts.
