my account xMidnightLove was banned for inappropriate messaging but I didn't even do...

I was wrongly banned by [mod removed] who literally sent me pornographic imagery including slurrs and basically inappropriate messaging. I was about to block him but I was kicked out of my Xbox Live before I could do anything and banned while he is literally getting away with it dont we deserve justice or atleast just a suspension instead of a whole ban.
