My Account wrongfully Permanently Banned

This starts off around April 2021 when I was preparing to go college in the fall. One day in April 2021 a kid from my neighborhood who is also my little brother's friend they're both 11 now . My little brother's friend asks me if he can borrow my xbox so he could play with my brother. I told him I would think about it. Days after my debating if I should allow him to borrow it because I barely played at that point in time because I was busy with school and preparing for college in the fall. My little brother convinced me to give it to him. Almost year of not using my xbox account, March 19 2022 I came home for spring break and asked for my xbox back. When I logged into my account on March 19 2022 I saw my account had multiple suspensions and it was permanently banned. I was confused because I only remember being suspended once back in 2019 and that was my only suspension. I tried to ask the kid what he did on my account but he refused and dodged my questions. I tried to appeal the ban and deeply specify to XBOX enforcement what happened but I was denied. I deeply tried to express to them that I spent thousands of dollars on games and in-game items for this system, and that I grew up playing XBOX. I can't even log into my account on my PC to cancel my subscriptions XBOX is charging me for subscriptions that I can't even use because my account is banned and I deeply angered by this. I would hate to leave XBOX because of the actions of some kid. I humbly plead that XBOX would restore my account.
