my account wont work (other one)

my account says when i try too log in on my xbox 360 it messes up and says you have too type in your email and password again i did then it gave me an error code but on my xbox one it works perfectly fine this happened before i got my xbox one please help

Yup I have a gold account. I've quadruple checked. Lol. Still isn't working. It's my account in particular that wont work. It works on my Xbox with other accounts.

 

Killer Instinct will not load.

Whenever I try to play killer instinct on my profile it wont work but when I switch to my other account it works

How do I fix my account

 

Hi there,

try the following steps

1. Check Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

Side note: please make sure your account doesn't have a long password, since the 360 can not process that correctly (I believe it needs to be shorter then 16 or 12 characters) And if you are using two step verification you will need to set up an app password,
that will need to be used as password on the 360
