My account won't connect to xbox live

I had a problem in the past few weeks : when I turned on my xbox one, my account didn't connect to xbox live, so I couldn't play the games I bought online. It did that about half of the time. Then it started to do it more often and I checked on the internet,
someone said it could be solved by removing my account from the console, turning it off and then add my account again. I tried that and it didn't work. Now I can't play any games or go on youtube or explorer. Everytime I try to start a game it says "synchronization..."
and it never ends, even for the games of which I have CDs. I basically can't do anything right now... When I click on "connect to the xbox live" it does nothing. What can I do please?

Can't connect to xbox live?

I've always been able to connect to xbox live with my xbox one, but for the past day it won't let me connect with my account. When i try to connect with another account on the same xbox it works, but for some reason its just my account that won't connect.
Please help.

My brothers account can connect to Xbox Live just fine. But mine won't connect to it.

Happy to help get that sorted out. What version of the Xbox One console are you running into this issue on?

Also could you send us a photo of that sync message screen so we can see exactly what it says?

It's the original version of xbox one, 500go I think, bought it in a pack with fifa 16.

In french the message is "synchronisation des données pour Rocket League...", something like "synchronization of datas for Rocket League..." (or any other game).

Now this problem stopped though but sometimes I still can't connect to xbox live and play the games I bought online.

Can you send us your NAT type, MTU, and detailed network stats?

If removing your profile does not permanently fix it their may be a network issue with that error showing up.

 

I have a wired optical fiber connection, my NAT is open, and here are my stats:

Download speed: 632.28 Mbps

Upload speed: 12.65 Mbps

Latency: 157 ms

Packet loss: 0%

MTU: 1500

This morning again when I started my console it wouldn't connect to xbox live and when I started rocket league it couldn't synchronize.

To be sure does this only happen with Rocket League?

Were you able to remove the profile as we requested?

If you are only seeing the issue with Rocket League be sure to uninstall the full game power cycle the console and reinstall it once more.

 

Yeah this happens with all my games. I can play offline but not online. Today it did that non stop so I tried to remove my account as it seemed to work a bit the first time, but now I can't reinstall my account on the console, when I try to add a new account
it does nothing.

 

In this case, let's
factory reset the console to see if we can get everything back to normal.

Let us know how that goes.
