    My brothers account can connect to Xbox Live just fine. But mine won't connect to it.

    My Xbox won't connect

    I have tried multiple times to connect my Xbox to live by using my wireless adapter and by connecting it from my Ethernet cable to my router but it just won't connect. I should also mention that my brothers Xbox connects to live perfectly and that it runs
    fast and smoothly. What should I do? Is there something wrong with my Xbox?

    Can't connect to xbox live?

    I've always been able to connect to xbox live with my xbox one, but for the past day it won't let me connect with my account. When i try to connect with another account on the same xbox it works, but for some reason its just my account that won't connect.
    Please help.

    Your profile may be corrupted , remove it from the console (settings >accounts) then hard reset the xbox , when it comes back up , re add your profile ...

    EDIT: I tried putting my account on my brother's xbox that haven't gotten the update yet. We tested the connection and it came to Xbox Live and asked for us to download the update. I accepted and it instantly gave me an error telling the update failed.

    It won't let us connect to live without the update and without the update we can't connect to live it appears.

    I live in the same house as my mum and my brother, and my brother has an xbox, and has not encountered this problem, so I doubt it would be the wifi. Also I turn my xbox off at the wall every night, so it won't have a connection to the wifi overnight.
    Still doesn't fix it.

    I'm having similar connection issues with Xbox live on my One. I can log into my account just fine but it's not connecting to xbox live. I was able to sign into live on my 360, but for some reason my One just won't let me connect.
