MY account went from level 215 to level 1....Help Please

Was enjoying new course today and logged out and logged back into xboxone and now my character is level 3 with no achiements

xbox rewards VIP rank went from level 4 to level 2

My VIP star rank went from level 4 down to level 2 and is not depositing in my account please fix this

Lost all progress

hi, when I played call off duty modern warfare 3 live om my xbox 360 last night my account suddenly went down to level 1 from level 80. Making me lose all progress and friends. Can you please give me back my level and weapons and so on? Regards SchizzoRaccon

Sounds like your profile didn't sync/download properly. I've had the same issue in killer instinct before and just rebooting the console fixed it so try that.

Thanks WildZeo...I didn't give enough info before so let me bring it up to date

Microsoft chat support had me remove profile and hard boot as you suggested, I went back in and downloaded profile and All my achievements are there also the game clips are there.

Within Powerstar golf is where the character I had went from 215 to 3 with no "in game?" course achievements? I am in the process of reloading the game as the tech guy suggested. He said he was going to put in a ticket to the engineers on it. In the mean
time after the new game install i will try to re-sync. I will keep you posted. Thanks

If you played at all while the profile was back at level 1 your save on your console will not match the one on Microsoft's servers, Just make sure you pick the right one if it says your local save is newer than the stored profile or you'll lose your ingame
progress!

It'll say something like "your local save file is more recent" or close to that and give you an option to choose a file, best check with support if you get the message, I don't want to cause you to pick the wrong one and lose your old save.
